Who’s doing rolling 96hr fasts?

Now that the weather isn’t swelteringly hot I was thinking of starting up rolling 96hr fasts. And on the feed days just eat paleo-ish. Lots and lots of fruits and veggies and some meat. Then carry on another 96hr. Wash rinse repeat. Should mitigate the fears of any downshift in metabolism due to long duration fasting. I’m keen to try it out. Maybe in two weeks after the girlfriend leaves town for a while.

I’ve been doing that for a month now. I fast from sunday dinner to friday dinner. So far I haven’t restricted anything on the weekends but I’m thinking it’d be easier to stay keto over the weekend. We’ll see.

I do a rolling 72/96. I eat on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I’ve been doing this along with walking 3-4 miles a day. Since I started doing this on Aug 8th I’m down over 30 pounds total.

This has been working great for me and I’m going to keep rolling with it until I get down to 195. I started out at 260.
