Why Are the Snake Packets So Expensive on Amazon Website?

I am ready to commit to this and looking to find a solution to the electrolyte problem. I can afford the snake juice on Amazon and will probably 3 months' worth of it, but I am genuinely curious why is it 40 bucks for 30 packs of electrolytes? Are these Snake Juice packets superior to other products out there? I want the best stuff that will work. Here is a link to the amazon page with snake juice packets. Answer

I don’t know of anything that’s commercially mixed with comparable ingredients and comes in single serve packets that’s significantly cheaper.

He gives you the recipe to make it for pennies per serving yourself, he only made the packets because lazy people (like me) demand them.

There’s a lot of overhead that goes into releasing and stocking a product like this.

Personally I don’t care about the cost, if I’m drinking snake juice, I’m not eating food, and food is much more expensive.

I’m actually using a product called Re-Lyte. Since my schedule is somewhat hectic I needed something that was easy to use. It’s basically potassium, salt, magnesium, with stevia used as a light sweetener. It’s nice because it’s just 1 scoop in 20oz of water and you’re all set. A container is $40 and there’s about 50 servings per tub.

What’s your background with electrolytes? Have you attempted fasting before with other electrolyte options and failed? I personally love the packets. I used to use the ones with artificial sweetener but when I stopped doing that and used plain salt water, my losses were better. That’s because the artificial sweetener was keeping my insulin slightly elevated (I bought a glucose monitor and tested my blood)

So I much prefer the packets for that reason and also cuz I lazy too 😂

Answer

Snake diet formula is junk.
You want to get some celtic sea salt for the sodium.
You want to get you potassium in citrate form, not chlorure.
You want to get magnesium ? Then get malate form in the morning and glycinate in the evening.
Also, it’s not satisfying at all to train or live drinking salty water.
You want to buys a couple coffee thermos, get your 2x juice and wash with fresh water.
I bring these when ever I need.
My recipe is salt as needed (effort), 600 mg potassium citrate powder (taste like chalk, not too bad) and I get the magnesium (not needed really) in caps because it’s hard core the taste.
Rest days I get 3 of these mixes, efforts i can go to 5 if I add sauna and cardio.
At the end, check the daily doses of each and split how you want it.
Free yourself.

I bought these instead and I make up a bunch of them all at once. Takes just a few minutes every couple of weeks. Perfect for individual servings and for traveling.

I do 1/4 tsp Real Salt, 1/4 tsp magnesium sulfate, 1/2 tsp Red Mill baking soda, and 1/2 tsp No Salt per bag, to mix each with one liter of water as needed.

Answer

As others have said, the price is high to punish the lazy fat people.

My first 4 months I made my own snake juice following the recipe on this sub. After dropping 75lbs, I purchased 2 boxes on Amazon purely as a way of thanking Cole.

Good luck with your journey!
