For nearly a month, I've been doing back-to-back 60-70 hours of fasting; with only water, coffee/tea (without milk or sugar), vitamins, and minerals. I eat once every three evenings.
**I feel great!** I'm always energetic, focused on whatever I do, and overall happy.
I thought *hunger* was supposed to have negative effects on mind and body. I don't even feel hungry at all.

Any explanation why is that happening?
Is it linked to ketosis and autophagy, or increased caffeine intake?
Answer
My very non scientific view is our ancestors would have really sucked at hunting mammoth and foraging for tubers if they were cranky and lethargic while fasted. You’re in “hunter mode” as I call it lol.
