Most people on here, as well as a first date, told me how hard intermittent fasting is at first, but it became easier around the 2 week mark. Why has it gotten so much harder for me? 😠I didn't get hunger pangs at first, but after 2 weeks they're there a little bit after 9pm (mostly sugar cravings though). in the morning though.. phew! it's hard to get things done before 1pm because everything is about 10 times more frustrating when I'm feeling hungry

For me, two things make a big difference: (1) whether I ate enough the night before, and (2) what was the last thing I ate the night before. If I’m extra hungry in the morning, I break my fast about 30 mins early, which isn’t a big deal. Also, I try to make the last thing I eat the night before be something with fiber (like an apple or some baby carrots). If I end the night with something sweet, the cravings can come back really hard the next day.
