Why isn't it doing anything?

I eat from 12pm to 630-ish pm. I mostly do it because it helps me control my blood sugars, as I'm a T1 diabetic. But as far as weight loss goes, I've seen zip. I've been doing this for around a month now, starting weight was 270. I'm currently 266 as I write this. But that is within the normal variation from one day to the next for me. Why am I not seeing results? I'm definitely eating less calories than I was before, when I'd just eat what I want when I wanted.

are you tracking your calories closely? weighing food etc? how does your body feel now vs a month ago, how do your clothes fit? how’s your skin and energy? i doubt you are exactly the same now as you were then.
