1 - clean…no. make sure it doesn’t have a sugar carrier. On its own, it is a fiber carb…so it’s good. Does not promote insulin response. Just make sure it’s clean
2 - all good. A cup of coffee has a cal…but you are fine with it black. Don’t drink gallons of it…but a few coffee a day is fine and the caffeine actually promotes metabolism boost
3 - green tea…not a blend…is good. Acv is good. Avoid lemon pulp, but the juice is good. Ginger is good. I make the exact same drink and it promotes fat burn. Thomas Delauer has several great videos on this one
As a dietitian- with 8 yrs of schooling- BS & MS in Human Nutrition- No, it will not have a disernable effect on your fast. I mean, if you’re literally gobbling down the fiber, then 4 kcal/gram carb is something to consider but likely you’re not eating enough to make a difference.
