I was wondering 🤔 …does it make a difference as to when your fasting window is? If most of it is in the evening and sleeping does this have the same affect as a fast that starts say 7p and ends at 11am? Or 9-1p? Those windows don’t really work for my mom schedule lol -16/8 I sleep 12 hours. Same as my babe. So waiting a few extra hours in the morning (skipping breakfast and unfortunately coffee with the fixings) could work I suppose. Thanks everyone for your input! Edit to add. Goal:weight loss

Yes, your fasting window matters, read about cycadian cycles or whatever their name is, our bodies are not designed to eat at night, so fast as early in the evening as possible, as early as 6pm, that’s what my nutritionist is having me do, is it effective? Time will tell
