working out with IF

Hello everyone, I am experimenting with IF, Currently I try to fast between 7 pm and 11 am. The Problem is that I like to workout at night (10pm), but I always learned that I should eat after a workout. My questions are: 1) is it recommended to continue this regime, not eating after a workout 2) if not, will eating tuna or protien shake after the workout will break the purpose of the fast. (Will cause the body to stop burning fat later on) 3) little unrelated, Can I take supplements pills like omega-3 without hurting the fast? I know i can just change my schedule to be "perfect", but I would like answers to the questions. Thank you,

I take my supplements in the evening now. Of all the changes I made for some reason this was the hardest and took the longest to stick. I was so used to taking them in the morning. I don’t take a ton. I’m vegan so do the usual basic vegan supplements.

If I workout past around 4:30pm it really impacts my sleep. I’d love to be able to do it on the evening.
