Assuming this is a serious post/question.
Do not kickbox in the sun while dry fasting. Not only are you at risk of severe dehydration and fainting but your performance and recovery are significantly impacted. And for the worse.
Actually I love exercising while dry fasting. On my 6th day of dry fast I rode a bike with slow tempo for 90km. Now I enjoy walking long distances, swimming or using rollerblades. Hitting the gym as well. I don’t do serious workouts like running or riding fast. It couldn’t be manageable anyways. How do I deal with thirst? Getting into the water or take a shower:) tried hard try fast once for 4 days but it was quite unbereable.
That’s not what I recommend for obvious health reasons, just saying it works for me and working out is a pleasure. I’m too lethargic and moody if I stay inactive while fasting.
Take a cold shower after working out or as Sobriety said don’t workout in the sun. Just because someone says they workout in the sun doesn’t always mean that they actually do. The sun up North is not as intense as it is near the equator.
I run in heavy humid during summers while dry fasting, but I do intermittent DF for 15-20 hours and usually run about 12-15 hours in so it’s not too bad. My advice is to start slow and ALWAYS breathe through your nose—this alone will reduce 50% of your water loss through mouth breathing.
Not sure how well it goes with working-out really. Best advice seems to be to take it easy to let the body do what it wants to do, just take a casual walk every day. Otherwise though, doing that will accelerate the dry-fasting process greatly and whereas usually you may be able, physically, to go a few weeks, doing that will mean you may only last about a week or 10 days maybe. You should be fine for just a 5 days or so though. Thirst will abate on its own no matter how dehydrated you are as the body finds water in non-essential tissue (like camels), and then pick up again, back and forth, just how it is. Having thought some more, kick-boxing in the sun every day will use up a LOT of water, so maybe you would only last 5 days, at a stretch, before dying, I dunno.
