I found quite a few nice videos online.
Anyway, since I started IF I am walking a lot and I found out that not only helped me lose weight, but also to strengthen my core muscles. This has later allowed me to tackle harder exercises.
I would suggest looking for easier routines to get used and avoid frustration.
On the other hand, practice makes perfect… Keep trying… I remember my first pushups and I feel ashamed of myself 😂😂
When you say workout videos do you mean like someone showing you proper form for lifts or like that stupid pilates or whatever its called stuff where you “exersize” along to someone who tells you to wave your arms about or do situps and stuff? Those are always terrible. The only exersize a person needs is cardio and weights. If you are less able bodied these can just be done at a level yi can manage like walk instead of run and do lighter weights
