Workouts at home that aren't noisy?

I live on the second floor of an apartment with fairly thin walls; I want to work out In addition to my fasting but I'm afraid that a lot of 'jumpy' type exercises might make my neighbors a bit unhappy with the constant sound. I would go outside to exercise but I'm very self-conscious of people looking at me (so no gyms) and I really feel uncomfortable wearing short sleeves and exposing my arms (Which is kind of a necessity when exercising in the constant heat where I live). My fasting is going great do far and I'm 10lbs down (5'9 at 170) I just want to add more to my regime. (Also I can't do exercises that require two hands because of a congenital defect in my left arm, so no pullups/pushups - unless one handed)

I use the FitOn app and it has wide variety of options. Best bet is strength exercises or low impact like Pilates and yoga for quiet ones! I work out while my daughter sleeps and look for quiet ones too!

I actually just YouTubed a lot of these exact videos.“No equipment workout” “working out in small spaces” “quiet workouts”

I do kettlebell swings, planking, walking (quietly) around - no shoes is the best way. If you don’t have a kettlebell, you can still do squats, leg lifts.Just think Jane Fonda basic 80’s exercises.Anything to get the heart rate pumping, and will cause you to sweat.

It actually works, and no gym membership required!

Get Ring Fit Adventure (it’s expensive but worth it imo), there’s a quiet setting on it that requires no jumping around and you still get a great workout from it. I literally do RFA as my morning workout while the house is still asleep and no one even knows I’ve worked out unless I tell them.

Hey! I found this workout on YouTube that I love, most of the moves don’t require any pressure or use of hands. Obviously you can skip the few that do. Idk if I can posts links here but it’s called “10 Min LOWER ABS Workout Intense | burn lower body fat, NO equipment “ it doesn’t seem like a lot but you really really feel it.
