Would love some opinions/advice

Hey guys, 26F, 5’3” 137lbs here 👋🏾 I’ve been in the snake diet world for quite some time, I’ve had success, and fallen off countless times (what a shame) but nevertheless, I am giving it another go. I would like to get to my optimal body weight which I believe is 119/120 I’m not in a rush but I’d like to enjoy at least some of the summer in a body that I am proud of. I started a 72 on June 2nd @ 140lbs, been going for walks when I can for at least an hour and change. I also just started a warehouse job where I work 10 hours a day 4 times a week on my feet. I’d like to know if anyone has advice on a routine that would get me some good results. Thanks guys :)

Try this schedule

Monday and Tuesday snake juice

Wednesday dry fast (if you can)

Thursday OMAD

Friday OMAD

Saturday and Sunday 16-8

Use a Keto type nutrition plan. No sugar no grains.

If you have a sweet tooth like I do try avocado pudding. It’s my savior! Good luck

Rolling 48’s with a very low carb meal less than or equal to your daily TDEE. Super easy. You’ll be a goal weight in no time.

The #1 rule is to NOT go backwards. If you don’t go backwards, you WILL get there.

Eat delicious Keto foods and do 48s.

Eat at 9-11am today and eat day after tomorrow at same time.

This will give you immediate results and also not feel like you’re giving up on anything. Worked wonders for me after a 6m stall and not knowing what I was doing wrong.

Furthermore, after you’re used to this, you can try 72s. Basically eating once in 3 days. At this point, you can eat anything without sugar and get away with it. The body will be in ketosis.

Do 72s after you’ve done 48s for at least a month.
