At 60h I completed my first 48 fast of the week. Today I eat, then I go back into it.
During this fast I had a severe migraine and some nausea. I didn’t think I needed electrolytes since its a short fast, but I took some anyway. I’m pretty sure I’m having caffeine withdrawal. I hadn’t thought about it, but I suppose I’m going from a monster and 4-6 cans of diet coke a day to nothing. (You don’t need to tell me that this is unhealthy. I’m working on it. It’s why I’m here.)

How do you guys feel about laxatives while fasting?
I’m not talking about laxative abuse of any kind, but I’m 5 days into a fast and I still feel like there is some waste in there to get rid of.

Decided to end the fast today, so got to 118.5 hours (just shy of 5 days). We’ve been fighting a cold and I started feeling really awful, so I’m having some chicken soup. Will stick to OMAD until the cold is over.

Currently on hour 63 of my planned 80 hour fast. Feeling a little weak and absent minded today (forgetting where I put things etc.).
I’m feeling better than I normally do at this stage, I think it’s because I’m doing virtually 0 activity.
