21 hours in fasting for the next 5 days.. im 5’7 190 lbs hoping to lose 10 lbs reefed with low carb Omad… and IF.. Want to lose 30 lbs I have a cup of black coffee with a pinch of pink salt once a day and drink when thirsty!

Day 5
I’m 110 hours in, weighted in this morning at 138 lbs.(down from 147) Last night and yesterday were so difficult and emotionally charged but I woke up totally devoid of hunger. I took my l glutamine this morning, and decided to cook my husband some breakfast burger sliders. Not one was I tempted ? It smelled great but my stomach didn’t even grumble. I had no hunger for it at all. Bizarre.Day five is starting off well. Hopefully it continues that way! I have several things planned for today so it’d be nice to have a whole day with no hunger.
Aside from that. I feel great today. A little light headed when i woke up until I took my water + electrolytes, then no problem. It’s harder to get up and down the stairs though, I get a little winded faster. Some how I am hitting a streak of fasting luck, even though I’m battling my brain and some waves of hunger I have had no back pain, severe nausea, light headedness, or crazy fatigue my whole fast so I hope to capitalize on that luck and complete day 5, too. Again though…. anything can change in 10 hours lol.
