11 hours left in my 48! Feeling good.

I weighed myself last night and it was about 8 pounds more than when I visited the doctor in April :( I said โ€œenough is enoughโ€ a couple of weeks ago when my fat pants were getting tight.

Iโ€™m ashamed. I should have committed to losing weight so many years ago. But you know what? Iโ€™m doing it now. My BF and I are attending a wedding in July and Iโ€™m going to look HOT. I would be thrilled to actually like a picture of myself.

I like the 48s and I plan to continue them Sun-Tues until I feel like changing it up. The rest of the days are OMAD, with occasional 16:8 as needed during the holidays.

Iโ€™m on day two of 20:4 fasting, and Iโ€™m feeling stoked. I ate 1,200 calories during my eating window. Yesterday was rough but today feels manageable. Iโ€™m 5โ€™3โ€ and my current weight is 150 (recently had a baby). Shooting for 125. I hope this works!

After years of being unhealthy, obese and diets after diets (that I never managed to stuck with for more than two weeks) something clicked two months ago. I want to be HEALTHY. After some research I decided to give IF (16:8) a go and OH MY GOD. I have already lost 12lbs in the past five weeks (granted, I have a very high starting weight) and it feels so easy. I feel amazing. My thoughts dont center around food all the time. I have more energy, I dont crave sugar and I can see myself doing this for a very very long time.
