Is anyone else having a really hard time lately? Feel like I need to eat due to fatigue, but kind of sick of all food. Need to revamp diet. Having a hard time even hitting 15 hours when I used to do 20+ easily

So I’m on day 3 of my first extended fast and pretty shocked at how easy this has been thus far. I’m wondering if there are any guidelines on time in-between extended fast? So for example, could I do a 10 day fast, 2-3 day refeed, into another 10 day fast? Any downsides in this approach?
