58 out of 66 hours.
I’ve been fighting off cravings, but it hasn’t been too bad to be honest. I still haven’t convinced myself that I can fast on a regular basis….. even though I’ve done it a billion times before. I’ll prove it to myself in time. Just not there yet.
Happy fasting! :)

Question: is it odd to fast without a clear target? I’m almost done with my 72hr fast and feel fine, no hunger or cravings, so am thinking of extending to 7 days and seeing how I feel then. If I feel fine then I might go for 10.
Anyone fasted for longer than they intended?
Answer
57 out of 126 hours (day 3 of 5ish).
Surprisingly, yesterday Day 2 wasn’t too bad —- even though i haven’t fasted in a while. I was hydrating with mineral water. Took a Reviver pill of electrolytes.
There are a few things I think that are helping—
I’m extremely busy at work at the moment. Nice distraction I guess.
Two, i ran 3 miles day 1. And day 2 i ran 2 miles after work. Not only does this fill time, but i believe it blunts hunger at least for a few hours. I didn’t feel weak at all, so will continue short distances.
Third thing — I must prevent// cut off thought threads of food day dreaming. People will surprisingly talk about their meals pretty often — it sounds good and leads to food focus. Not good.

Onward to Day 8 of 21. Not really hungry at all, struggling a bit with low blood pressure still and trying to get enough electrolytes in to help with that (snake juice is too gross to drink 3 packets of daily). I ordered a full gallon of pickle juice yesterday, looking forward to that :D
First day in which my weight didn’t move, but made sense considering previous 3 days it was moving too fast.

40 hours into a 48. This is my third 48, but have been doing omad for five months. Hunger isn’t an issue, but headaches are. Massive headaches at 30 hours in. Drinking well, and added one LMNT to the water yesterday but still woke up in pain today. I would like to do more 48s but the headaches have me worried.
