I am concluding my latest 48hr rolling fast today. My eating window will be around 2-3 hours, but Iβll likely just have some fruit, a big green smoothie, and a huge salad.
Iβm down 12.4# in the last 9 days doing the rolling 48s, sometimes I roll 60s, but so far this seems to be working pretty well and Iβm dialing in my nutrition during the feed windows.
Answer
23.5 hours into a 100 hour fast. Iβm nearly quarter of the way there, but I want to break. I always find soft drinks helpful - I know itβs not keeping strict, but a coke zero really helps me. The problem is, if I go out to buy some coke zeros, I know Iβll buy some food. Cheap Lidl sausages are calling to me right now and Iβm fighting hard to resist. I have a weight goal to reach by the end of the year and Iβm way too far away from it for my liking :(
