Start date: September 19, 4 months postpartum after baby #2. Method: OMAD, IF 23:1, low carb.

I had a disastrous body reaction to an IUD placement in August resulting in me losing my breast milk supply entirely by the beginning of September. I came home from vacation and said f it; letโ€™s get to work. I can be hangry/tired at home on mat leave. Nowโ€™s the time to do it!

EXTREMELY happy with the results so far!! Just about at postbaby #1 weight that I didnโ€™t shake. Been walking an hr-90 mins every day with babe. Trying to get in as much as possible before the weather turns in the next month or so. When it does, I will start spinning and yoga in the basement after putting the kids to bed. My plan is to introduce a 48 hr fast if I start to plateau.

32hrs in: 176.5lbs (Iโ€™m actually pretty happy that this isnโ€™t higher after my 3 day eating window)

Iโ€™m planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for the next 6 weeks - this is the 2nd week. Hopefully I can make it all six weeks, at which point I would scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. Iโ€™m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.
