Answer
Last day of 30-day fast. Just doing 12 hours, then starting on new program nutritionist recommends. Weighing tomorrow, but I donβt think Iβve lost over 5 lbs, honestly. Any more that Iβve lost I gained back when I started eating again. Will explain new program in a separate thread.

40 hours into my rolling fast campaign. Iβll break tomorrow around 8am with some celery juice, then a big green smoothie. Lunch at 11am with some friends, probably a big salad after that, and I will resume my fast, probably pushing another 72 hours.
Iβm doing a DEXA scan on Saturday along with an RMR so I can re-orient.
