Answer
I’m starting a fat fast tomorrow to prepare for an extended fast next week. I fast to reset carb cravings and lose weight. The longest extended fast I’ve done so far is 86 hours, and it was a struggle to say the least, being that I am a sugar addict. For the next three days I will primarily eat eggs, bacon, avocado, mct oil and greens with butter. I decided to try this when I ran across the below video:
