Reee I just wanted a black, nitro cold brew coffee for breakfast but the Starbucks is so under staffed that it opened at 9am. Work meeting started at 830 so no dice. First world problems, I know, but I really wanted that coffee lol
Also, does drinking tea on an empty stomach give anyone else headaches? I can get away with white teas but anything stronger and my head just hates me.

Day 7 of 7. Feeling pretty good. Down ~8. I remembered last night that at a recent checkup my doc wanted some blood work done. So I’m going to do that today before I break the fast. It will be interesting to see the results and then let him know this is after a 7 day fast

Made it over the 24 hour hump! I’m just about 42 hours into a 108 hour fast. It’s been so much harder to get started this time around compared to the fall, but I feel proud that I’m well underway now :) I’ve scheduled a few things to keep my evenings busy and am planning to break my fast on Friday morning with a lower carb meal

I haven’t updated in a while so I might as well. I’m still going strong at 99 lbs lost as of this morning. In January I did rolling six day fasts and lost a little over 26 lbs and exercises almost every day of the month. I wore myself out a little too much, though, so for February I’m going with a little more relaxed rolling 72s. I still haven’t decided what my workout plan will be, though.
