Down 13.2# in the past 10 days, following a rolling 48-hr fasting schedule.

I have so much energy that I am doing Orangetheory classes each day. I usually wake up early, like 6am, which would be painful for me in the past. Sometimes in the afternoon, I get tired quickly and pop out for a power nap.

I still look like I am pregnant, but more in the second trimester rather than the third. Progress!

I’ll break my fast today, but I’ll probably just have some pineapple first, then a green smoothie, then a huge salad from whole foods with some paleo-friendly protein on top. Yummy!

I did 24 hour fast occasionally but this is my first time research fasting and now I’m at 72 hours! I feel good mentally and realised how much control food had on my thoughts everyday.. I’m so bored with all this extra time tbh. I think I need to repair my relationship with food from childhood trauma. Though I have been getting random bouts of body pain, I have been taking 500mg magnesium pills and 9g salt + 5g lo-salt daily so not sure what’s up.

Probably gonna break at 90 because im gonna party lol but im pretty happy with how this is going, Im thinking of doing 4:3 for a while.

I’m planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for the next 6 weeks. Hopefully I can make it that long, at which point I would scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. I’m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.

Down 5lbs since restarting last week. I just finished a 70 hr fast - I felt amazing throughout and only stopped because I had a family dinner to attend. Back at it - not sure if I’ll go back to OMAD or try another 36 or 48. I am finding myself trying to look ahead at upcoming events to figure out what fasts I want to do around them which seems to be helping me.

I found a slight indent in my lower belly area on the sides which wasn’t there before, and am finding a noticeable change in my face and upper body. This is very encouraging and exciting to see.
