Length: 5 daysStart: Monday 6 pm, end: Saturday 6 pmGoal: curb sugarbrain and prepare fore ADF
Found great success last year with ADF but went back to bad habits. Jumping on again, but I really enjoyed the long fast before starting ADF last time. I think it made it easier.
Iβm going to eat Saturday evening-Wednesday then start a Sun/Tues/Thurs fasting protocol.
Feeling good, though of course the first fast in months is a tough one.
Easier than last year, though.

anyone fast once a week? i ate 9 hours after waking up last week and i kinda liked it cuz i can forget about food for a bit. im kinda bored of my home cooked low glycemic index food so a break from thinking about food is a relief.
gonna do it again tomorrow since its my rest day so i wont need to care about having energy. but idk is it wise to do a day after a good workout. something about needing protein? but fasting a day before also would never fit cuz if youre active youre doing some kind of exercise almost everyday. even if its just stretching and some indoor body weight exercises.

Day 1
Height: 6β0β - 6β2β (honestly idek)Weight: Around 450 lbsAge: 23Target weight: 250 lbs w/ muscle. Like being big, hate being fat.
Problem: I find it very easy to fast for 24 hours but my problem is consistency as a day off balloons to a month.
Possible solution?: 72 hour fasts. Done Day 1 with mild hunger. I hear Day 2 is brutal. This time itβs going to stick. I will eat glass if I have to. Need to force myself to drink more water though. I plan on easing my way to 4L a day.
Nothing but toxic positivity!!!!!
