Day 3/3 of another weekly weight loss fast. Just 12 hours to go before it’s time for a low carb refeed meal.

This fast felt a bit harder than the others. Then I realized I had lost track of time a few too many times and was slipping on my scheduled electrolytes. Bam, problem solved. The salt was the one that instantly made me feel better.

Fasting over the weekend is pretty awesome though. Makes it feel longer when you’re hungry. Weekends used to feel so short. Now I feel every minute of them, and it makes the work week feel a little less draining.

I’ve made it half way through my first extended fast, 7 days down, 7 to go. I’m actually amazed I made it this far.

I’m starting to dream of food though, last night I dreamt I broke my fast with a mozzarella stick and I was so pissed off at having to start again! 🤣

My partner made a roast chicken tonight - what I’ll be having as my main meal next Sunday after breaking my fast with bone broth/cucumber salad earlier. I was so tempted by the crispy chicken skin…

About 1hr before I end my 96hr fast. I might go longer since I feel great and end it Monday. I just have food that’s going to waste lol so I need to end it. Plus my period is coming soon so yea. I’m doing it for weight loss and autophagy.
