I’m aiming for 30 day (zero calorie) fast for weight loss. So any zero calorie drinks are fine, but that’s about it. I’m on day 3, and I’m struggling haha. I’ve done 7 days before, but this seems tougher than before. Ask me anything!

Creeping up on 35 pounds lost and 8 weeks on my rolling fast schedule. Target is 60 pounds in just under 18 weeks - regaining the water weight should put me right at 10% body fat and abs for my vacation. Think I’m right on schedule.

Here we go again.
Did the last 2-4ish months bodyweightfitness and am now at 66kg i’ve gained sone muscles but still hate my love handles. Hopefully i’ve developed enough muscle by now to get rid of the love handles.
Goal is 55kg
This time i won’t make the mistake and stop training while fasting/cut.
Anyway, i’ll start rolling 72h with the food day beeing also training day. Think about doing an 4-6h feeding window with only keto/carnivore foods. The first 2 weeks will be hell like everytime 😅
