Answer

Nearing 46 hours of my first 24+ hour fast. My goal was to see if I could tolerate a 48 hour fast to potentially include rolling 36+ hour fasts into my diet, and this morning hasn’t been nearly as bad as yesterday was. I’m primarily fasting for weight loss and in hopes it’ll reduce some skin inflammation. My only downer is I was looking to include black or green tea into my morning as a treat for reaching 48 hours but cvs didn’t have either for sale (at least not 0 calorie versions). Am I good to do a kale salad with grilled chicken and cheese if I break in the next 12-24 hours or should I start with bone broth?
