Hour 94 of a 168 (7 day) fast. This is my first 7 day. I think the most I got up to in the past was 5 days. Day 5 is tomorrow but I’m feeling good. Drinking water with sea salt and over all just proud of my willpower and really want to finish it. I’m down 10lbs today :) days 2 and 3 were super hard but I feel much better today and hope this continues through the weekend. I’ve been doing IF 18:6 for a while but never do full day fasts or longer so this is a huge deal for me. Good luck to everyone!

36 hours into my fast. Been doing 18:6 and 20:4 for a couple weeks now for weight loss. Also doing keto when I do eat. I’m down 63lbs since Feb (highest weight 250lbs, now 187lbs). Looking lose maybe another 50-60lbs.
I just fell into this fast as I was doing 20:4 yesterday and around my time to break fast I wasn’t even hungry and haven’t been hungry at all. I’m also on my period and my usual pms symptoms and ravenous hunger are non-existent. I think I’ll see if I can make it 48 hours and re-evaluate then. Would love any tips on how to keep this going!

376 hours into my 720 hour (30 day) fast.
I know I skipped a while of updating and for that I apologize. But how am I feeling? Amazing! I’m drinking my fluids religiously. I started exercising; only for 15 minutes every day, dancing to my favorite music. I have a sense of clarity; I’m not groggy or light-headed. Been taking my electrolytes. I’ve been keeping busy. I’m typically getting immersed in video games, catching up on movies/TV series I’ve been meaning to watch, and just engaging in my little hobbies to keep my mind occupied.
As far as weight loss goes, I’ve lost 14 lbs! I started at 174 lbs since beginning this fast. Almost a lb a day lost! And I’ve officially lost a total of 200 lbs as of yesterday morning. 360 lbs→160 lbs! I’m ecstatic!
