A friend of mine wanted to do a 72 hour fast after I told her about my experience last week, so I said sure for this weekend. But she backed out because she didn’t want to fast on her period. I’m doing it anyway. Last ate yesterday at 5pm.

Weight this morning: 204.4 (my weight before my fast last week was 208 or so, with 202lb low directly after the fast).

No goal weight. Just getting through the days. Would love to get under 200lbs for the first time in years, even if I gain a bunch back.

I did 2 small fasts. 13 hrs, one meal then 16 hrs. 4 hrs eating window, now I’m on third fast. Hope to do at least 16 hrs.

I’m working my way up. Headache today. I need to work in more electrolytes. Other than that, it’s been ok.

Today is an “eating day”. I’ve been doing rolling 65s. I fast for two days, and then on day three eat lunch and dinner. Today is the end of cycle 6, started March 1st. I am super proud - having stuck with this and finding it a livable plan for the forseeable future. I am down 20 pounds since my doctor’s appointment on Dec 29th. My next appointment is May 30th and my intent is to continue these rolling days until then.
