I started fasting 12 hours ago, and I plan to fast for the 24 hours, for a total of 36 hours. I allow myself under 30 calories in only liquids and supplements. Itβs going to be my longest fast so far. Itβs going well, I had a lot of cravings that I attribute to my increased sugar intake and lack of fasting window yesterday.

Starting a fast tomorrow, hopefully for more than 10 days. Iβve been so close to dropping below 300 lbs for so long and I gained a lot of weight over the holidays, I figure I might just do it now. I want to do this and never ever ever be over 300 lbs in my life again. Itβll be my second long fast.

On hour 86 of hopefully 1 month of fasting. I did a 4.5 day fast between Christmas and New Years, then ate for 5 days and am going for a big one. Doing two Diet Bet games for extra motivation.
Started doing IF a few months ago but added in EF after I stalled out.

Finishing day four of ???. Today I felt hungry and contemplated changing to OMAD. Then all hell broke loose between my brother being a bitch and my elderly father being confused about time and place and reality and I completely forgot food. Iβm glad I made it through another day. Fasting for weight loss and skin improvement.

19 hours into a 120 hour fast! Feel totally fine. Used to doing 20-36 hours pretty regularly, with a record of \~80ish hours. Was thinking about how to break it down and realized itβs fasting for 12 hours, 10 times. Probably just a silly mind trick, but feels very reasonable when I break it down like that.
