Answer
Fasting for 40-50 days depending on how I feel. Mostly for weight loss and mental clarity. Currently on my 7th day and Iโm struggling a little, perhaps because Iโm drinking too much tea but Iโve been feeling a little nauseous the past three days. It might be electrolyte imbalance so Iโll definitely try to keep up with that tomorrow as itโs bed time.
Also it happened ๐ tmi Iโve been getting wet farts and shafts and it finally happened, I trusted a fart and yes. Lots of clean up.
If there are more seasoned fasters, please let me know if itโs easier to do intervals of 7 day fasts instead of longer >21 day fasts for weight loss. My most primary concerns are refeeding and as of right now, this nausea that wonโt go away.

My urine is a little dark this morning, going to up my water intake. I have keto strips coming today if the snow on the ground doesnโt veto that.
Mid December to my SW, I lost around 20-30 lbs., doing 20/4, some OMAD and cutting out ALL fast food, added sugar, most other sugar/carbs increasing veggies and good fruits, berries mostly.
Overall feeling good and not feeling overly hunger or craving to bad.
