About 22 hrs into an open-ended fast. Done as much as 72 in the past but hoping to go longer. Iβm hungry but itβs no worse than if Iβd skipped lunch at this point. All in all feeling good but the clock does seem to have slowed to a crawl!
Electrolytes and water are the menu. Going to limit myself to walking on the exercise front. Iβll check in tomorrow.

So I started my fast Sat night intending to go till Fri morning but I only made it to tonight (Tues night). The app says it was 66hrs total. Of course my husband ordered pizza and I was feeling horrible so gave in.
Now I want to restart and just do two days. Is that something people do? Have a meal then fast a couple days, then have another meal, repeat?
Curious what is considered βokayβ in extended fasting. (Iβve been intermittent fasting 18:6 for a few months leading up to this)

I have resumed the practise of periodic fasts after almost 2 years. I have tons of standard cheap kitchen salt (sodium) and still a lot of Magnesium citrate, but Iβve run out of potassium. Do I really need it? I mean I can buy it without problems, but if I take magnesium and sodium, do I also need potassium?
