I’m at hour 103, so on my 5th day of fasting. I am going to try to get some long walks in today. Will likely refeed tomorrow (Saturday) and roll straight into another fast. I would like to do this consecutively until the end of the year. Just need to determine the right durations for the fasts and refeeds. I’m thinking:

Fast all week w/ refeed starting Friday night and all day Saturday, then back on fast but I’m just not sure yet. 5 days is still difficult for me. 4 might be the sweet spot- I’ll have to experiment.

Start of day 7 which is usually one of my more difficult days , have hit my 1st weight loss target of 60kg and ideally would like to carry on fasting until the scales dropped enough for my re feed weight gain to stay at 60kg .

Male, 28, height 180 cm (5.9 feet), weight 71 kg (156 pounds). I decided to do two 60 hours fasting per week for 3 weeks so I get shredded. I’m near 14% body fat. I want to get to 10%. This is just the second fasting. I’m not hungry, nor sleepy, but I’ve been feeling WEAK since this morning. I have been fasting for about 24 hours only. A few days ago I did a 60 hour fast and felt fine.

So I tried to drink water with electrolytes. Until now I drank water (2 litters) potassium chloride (1849 mg), magnesium chloride (255 mg) and sodium chloride (3721 mg). But I’m still feeling week. The sodium lifted me up a bit, but I still feel weak and I don’t want to over do salt. Yesterday after the day of eating (2600 kcal) I woke up 6 times to pee!

I was planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for 6 weeks - this is the end of the 5th week. Now I’m realizing that the sixth week falls around my birthday and I haves a few gatherings that will involve food that I’d like to enjoy. My plan is to do ADF next week and then finish my with my 6th 104hr fast from Nov 7-10. After that, I will scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. I’m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.

The numbers showing on my scale starting at the end of week 2 had me somewhat baffled, but I have continued nonetheless because I definitely am seeing body changes in the mirror and feeling them in my clothes.

I’ll keep posting updates as I push through.
