my 5 day water fast ended earlier today, and as soon as i went home i ran to the scale and measured my weight. 3.2 kg down!!! I’m guessing 2 thirds of that is water and muscles but hey 1 kg in 5 days is not too shabby at all haha! -average of 1.5 liters of water a day -one serving of gfuel a day (negligible [imo] 15 cals and 0 sugar )
- ~2 grams of rock salt
- tablespoon of ACV diluted in water
it was not that hard, the amount of time and money i saved was quite shocking if I’m being honest haha

I weigh myself after 3 full days of refeeding, on the morning of the 4th. Finally broke into the 320s (just barely– 329.9) when checking the scale this morning.
That means I’m 2.5 pounds away from reaching 25% to my goal weight. And I know that it’s the “easy 25%”, in that the lower weight I get, the longer it will take for the same amount of weight to come off. But still, that’s pretty damn good for only trying out water fasting a bit under 2 months ago.
Starting another weekly 72 hour fast in about 12 hours. Just woke up for the day, and wanted to share the news after seeing the scale.
