Answer

Hour 30 of my second 48 this week. I am hungry and tired. But I’m gonna stick to the plan. Two 48 fasts each week for the next month. Then we will re-assess.

My eventual goal is to be able to do 5 day fasts Mon - Fri.

EDIT: I was really hungry so I decided to have a cup of black coffee. I regret everything. My heart feels like its going into overdrive.

Beginner here. I did a 40 hour fast from last Sun until yesterday noon, then already started a new one after last night’s dinner, aiming for 24hs+ with no food this time. If I pull it out, my next attempt will be fasting from next Sun until lunch time in Wed (about 64hs)… wish me luck!

Hello everyone!

I’m on my day 8 of my 10 d fast! It’s going alright, I’ve been working from home and was able to get my steps in today. Had a slight energy dip/headache, but a cup of bouillon helped to get rid of that.

The next 2 days I’m working at my job and at home I have to do food preparations for the 25th (low carb for me, and carbs for family members). So I’m curious how that’s going to be!

I’ve also found that I prefer starting a fast after dinner. I’ve started this fast after lunch and I miss waking up in the mornings and having completed another day of fasting!
