Length: 38 hours (I ended up with a late snack and decided to skip dinner last night)
Purpose: weight control, autophagy/health, and gi rest
Iām 20.5 hours in, and feeling ok. Iām drinking water and tea (no lemon). I had to soak potatoes for my sons lunch (soaked in cold water for an hour) and decided to try sipping some of that water with a dash of salt for electrolytes and it helped. The potassium leaked out of the potato, but so does starch, so Iām careful to limit it.
