Stomach issues on cheat days
New here, first time caller lol.
For background, over the past almost year now I’ve changed my diet a little and intermittent fast five to six days a week. In general I start my morning with a banana, very small coffee, and small fruit smoothy that has a ton of greens and spirulna. This in conjunction with a ton of natural supplements like tumeric and general vitamins. Thats at 7 am then I don’t eat a thing until 6:30 - 7 :30 pm ish. Side note, I lost Lost 50 pounds in a few months doing this along with decent amount of activity before having a very serious back surgery.
I’ve maintained this regime even after surgery recovery and feel great during the week as long as stay super hydrated.
The two questions I have are, is this healthy and sustainable? It’s like second nature now so it’s very little struggle. (Had lab work and a once over by my doctor in general and said everything looked fantastic, for what that’s worth).
Second question relates to the affect on the stomach over time. Does this behavior cause any stress on your organs over time?I asked because the last month or so, my cheat days when I have a bigger breakfast and eat every meal with some snakcing, my stomach doesn’t like it and sometimes I even need antinausea meds to help.
Just kinda going blind and listening to my body and curious. Been able to drop 5 pounds a week this way with heavy daily activity/excersize.

Since it is a fairly short fast that I am doing for general health and mental/spiritual benefit is there any supplementation should take during a 24 hour fast? And why?
Salts? Should I avoid black coffee, teas?
