Answer

Finishing up my first 72 hour fast today at 5pm.

SW: 208.4

CW: 202.2

Mostly water weight, but still pretty groovy. Next up: a re-feed with bone broth, then some meat and veggies, followed by a rolling 48.

This was the easiest longer fast I’ve had, probably because I crammed the electrolyte powder. My sleep was terrible, though maybe that’s because I’m having personal issues and also drank too much coffee.

By the end of the month I’d love to get under 200 in a meaningful way, then turn my attention to getting under 195 (at least) in April.
