Day 5/18 right here. Felt real fatigued this morning but was out late last night. I have a white board on my fridge with a list of reasons why I’m fasting and the percentage of the way to my goal of 18 days. Right now it’s at 28%. Helps me keep my eye on getting that percentage up each day.

Not exactly strictly fasting related but it’s on the related topic of electrolytes - what can you eat that has the most sodium for the lowest calories? Perhaps broth? Or anything that won’t taste disgusting if I add enough salt.

I’ve been downing shots of salt water but I’m getting into the habit of drinking more so what does 1 tsp of salt taste like in 2L of water? For someone with a sensitive palate? Or would I have wasted my water and will I be better off drinking broth?
