Lost 4 lbs during the course of a 60 hour fast. Felt like I could have pushed it all the way to 72 (took it to 64 hrs). Broke my fast yesterday. Usually I do 1 36 hour fast a week and lose 2 lbs but gain .5-1 back the next day. Today I weighed myself and the 4 lbs stayed off. Starting to think 1 72 hour fast a month could be a good routine.

Day 5 of a planned 7. Woke up this morning hungry and a little light headed. Had some snake juice and one black coffee. Coffee not helping the head, lol, but Iβm not a big caffeine person so that explains that. Iβm in uncharted territory now. My longest fast before this was 4 days. Anyway, going to push through it but if things donβt feel right, I have no problem breaking the fast. So, more SJ in the hopes that it helps. Maybe spending 2 hours learning about how to make biltong last night didnβt help. Lol
