I ate more than usual for my feast day since I went to a baseball game and had some park food + a beer. But I’m not going to be hard on myself - I ate a regular dinner, didn’t try to compensate, and I’m moving on. I’m going to remember that I just completed another 42-hour fast and that I’m embarking on another, and that I’m active and healthy and having a little extra unhealthy food is just a bump in the road, and my journey continues.
Also, I broke my fast with 2 tbsp of chia seeds in water, and it really helped my digestion. Would recommend for anyone who’s suffering after breaking a fast.

Hour 10 of 66. Might extend it to 90 hours, but it just depends on how I’m feeling. If I do extend it, I’ll be breaking it at a friend’s cookout. And I’m not sure it’s a good idea to break a 90 hour fast at a cookout. You know, just in case. Lol.
Fasting for weight loss and improved mental health. Nothing notable so far.
Happy fasting! :)

ADF 36hr fast - slight hunger rage. Not Hangry, more Ragey 😂
I lost 70, gained back 25. With ADF I’m now down 16lbs of that 25lbs regain. Need to lose 180lbs. This is gonna be a ride…😅
Love ADF, not getting cold like on OMAD. Much easier to just say no to eating and not having to cram my food into one meal.
