So I jumped on the scale and noticed I gained 12 lbs in 1.5 months. and was 25 up from what I got to 3 years ago. I have been tryin to do keto first before I fasted, but I kept breaking it. I was thinking about fasting and stepped on the scale, after seeing it I decided I was going to go at least 24 hrs. It’s day 3 now, and a coworker brought in what I can only say is borderline my dream food.

The worst part is it’s in the office and I’m stuck here with it in line of sight as people come throughout the day to get some. It’s killing me.
