Currently on hour 34 of 120 for a 5-day fast. Hardest by far seemed to be from hour 20-28 today.

Now doesn’t feel nearly as intense, but I expect ghrelin-induced hunger will grow with circadian cycle, but also be less intense on each subsequent day with bursts.

I’m a relative noob. Started 6 weeks ago with 18/6 and progressing to OMAD, after finding out a long-time friend now has Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, and furiously researching what I can do for my own health in general and for Cancer specifically

Since I’m doing a ketogenic diet and other 2 and 3 day fasts before, I’ve been in continuous deep ketosis for about 4-ish weeks after the end of the 2-day about 3 weeks ago.

48-hour and 72-hour fast before recently within 3 weeks and super motivated by all the research on the interacting benefits: autophagy, stem cells, immune system, fat loss, anti-cancer, longevity etc.

I just read research paper and books, and watch YouTube videos for motivation.

I have been fasting for 11 hrs. Going for 40 hrs to get ready for thanksgiving.

Want to give my body a break from digesting food and burn fat before the holiday. I just worked out for 40 min on treadmill and kettlebell exercises. I feel great!

Just finished a 57 hour fast. I feel great. Kind of over it with my refeeding meal and had an over 800 cal anchovy salad. And I go on a run after work and will have some snacks to supplement protein. Going to eat up to my total daily energy expenditure before going to sleep. Thanksgiving tomorrow. Burned 5000 cal over the last 57 hours.
