Morning checkin ☀️:
- SW: 244
- CW: 235.5
- Daily weight change: -2
- Height (for reference): 185.5cm
- Exercise before weigh-in: 2 hours of walking yesterday.
Notes:
Today I started to feel headaches during the evening, so I will be upping my electrolyte intake. Otherwise, it was a good day! I think I see some changes in the photos.

CW - 95.5kg GW 85kg.
T-Minus 7 hours til start of fast.
Gonna do 24 hours, and depending on how I feel after, maybe go as far as 72, but it’s for gut health purposes after I damaged it and became lactose intolerant from stipping of the enzymes.
But also in the process of cutting, so it’d be a good way to transition to a lot better percentage ‘healthy’ food if I haven’t had any food, nevermind bad food for 1-3 days.
Looking forward to it, and I’ve just eaten a bowl of just bacon, and my last ‘meal’ will be a very nutritious smoothie of Carrot, Blueberries, Ginger, Amla Powder, Spinach, and Kale with water. I’d normally add natural yogurt, but like I said I’m lactose intolerant.
