Answer

Day 3, Week 3 of being back on track with keto, IF and fasting for weight loss and general health improvements. Thus far I’m down only five lbs but am not weighing often. My clothes are fitting way better and spouse is noticing (which rarely happens).

I do keto fairly consistently although I’m open to some carbs on weekends, still watching calories. I’m doing a minimum of 16:8 but lots of OMAD and a 40hr fast weekly.

My energy levels are up and I’m finally working out again. I’m not where I’d like to be with workouts but getting there. All in all I feel amazing and excited for the coming weeks and being able to wear some of my smaller clothes.

I’m planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for the next 6 weeks - this is the 2nd week. Hopefully I can make it all six weeks, at which point I would scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. I’m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.
