In the middle of an 18 hour fast. Goal is weight loss and blood sugar regulation/fixing insulin resistance. I have a lunch I’m looking forward to when my fast is over! Need to work on water intake while fasting.

Well, it’s been a while for me! Last comments I had in the subreddit were about four years ago.

Over time (and a pandemic), I ended up gaining from my average of 160 lb to hovering in the upper 170’s. Once the scale touched 180 a few times, I decided enough was enough. Holidays are coming up and I intend to enjoy them without feeling guilty!

Did OMAD last week to get myself used to skipping meals again, then had my last meal Saturday afternoon. 44 hours in and I’m thinking I’ll just keep this up for a bit. 173 and falling!
