I am doing rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) originally planned for 6 weeks - this is the end of the 6th week, and I actually only did 2 days last week because of Halloween and my birthday (I didn’t count it as one of the six weeks). Now I think that I may just continue with 104hrs/week until I hit 165lbs (except for thanksgiving week). After that, I will scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight of 160. I’m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.
The numbers showing on my scale starting at the end of week 2 had me somewhat baffled, but I have continued nonetheless because I definitely am seeing body changes in the mirror and feeling them in my clothes.
I’ll keep posting updates as I push through.
