I (57F) am fasting for weight loss. I haven’t really set a concrete goal. I ate my last meal Sunday 2/20 at 6 and 105.5 hours later still fasting. My goal was to reduce my belly fat 4”. Not sure if that’s practical or not. I am making my own snake juice and drinking mineral water off and on. Day 1-3 were cake walks. I had a few mild bouts of hunger and one headache. But I have been drinking my electrolytes during these periods and getting past them. Yesterday (day 4) was considerably harder. Lightheaded, fatigue and headache and hunger: definitely not constant so I have been upping my water intake and powering through.
A few things that I have been tracking: starting weight 180 (I am 6ft), waist 38”, thigh: 25”.
Tuesday morning: waist 36” (I had several BMs due to the snake juice) thigh 25 weight 175.
Wednesday morning: waist 37” weight 177(Had watery BMs throughout the day)
Thursday morning waist 37” thigh 24.5 weight 177. Watery BMs throughout day).
I haven’t weighed or measured this morning. It’s too cold.
I am making my snake juice in a mason jar. I typically drink two a day and two more of water, along with mineral water and tea. I have been waking up early each morning from thirst. This morning I woke up because it was cold and I couldn’t go back to sleep because of thirst. How do you handle hydration at night?

Got an evening meal with the in-laws on Saturday night, so instead of my usual 72 hour weekend fast, I’ll be doing a 48, breaking with that meal, then another 48. Never done rolling fasts before, so this will be a neat little fasting experience.
Just gotta hope breaking a 2 day fast with carbs won’t lead to immediate restroom rush like it can with a longer fast.
So I guess that means I’m about 13 hours deep into a planned 48-to-48
