14 hours into my 72 hour fast. This is my first time ever trying to fast and I’m not liking it so far. I’m so hungry now. Does anyone have any helpful tips on how to stay the course? I’m mostly doing it for the health benefits that I saw on a recent YouTube video. I’m keeping hydrated and I’m gonna try to add some salt to my water to help. I hope when this is done I can start intermittent fasting

61 hours into a 108 hour fast! Over the halfway mark and generally feeling good.

Fasting for weight loss. I’ve dropped 5 pounds in the last two days, which I know is water weight, but it still feels good to be rid of that extra bloating/waste I’d been carrying around.

Being very busy at work this week has helped! Don’t actually feel hungry at all. I’m planning to get my nails done this evening to get through the hardest time when I mentally have to fight off the urge to eat.

Almost to the end of my current 72-hour fast. Started on Dec 26 doing a mixture of rolling 48/72 day fasts and IF 16:8 on the weekends. Down 27 pounds as of today and feeling great. First time in my life that losing weight feels sustainable and a piece of a bigger lifestyle shift.

Do you guys scrap your fast and just eat again if you slip up?

I’m 44 hours into my first fast but I had some pre workout this morning and some veg stock in water this evening (the struggle was real).

I’m considering just carrying on with my 72 hours before going into omad. Appreciate I’m not going into autophagy but at least I’m not eating Cal’s and possibly in ketosis.

I did my first 40h fast and an hour or so after I broke it this morning, I started having a headache.

I first had half an avocado then about an hour later I had some chicken and eggplant with a little rice. I’ve had two glasses of water over the course of 3 hours as well.

Any hints as to why my head hurts so much?
