WEEK 1 (Sep 26-29)
32hrs in: 179.4lbs

104hrs: 177.6? (I did break down and have two pickles last night 10hrs before the end of my planned breakfast, but I would be shocked if that caused me to retain 3lbs of waterβ¦weird)
Iβm planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for 6 weeks - this is the end of the 2nd week and Iβll be back at it on Monday. Hopefully I can make it all six weeks, at which point I will scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. Iβm guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.
Edit: oh yeah, I got a booster shot and flu shot yesterday, so the added weight is also probably due to my immune response?
